No i would not even talk to her I don't care how hot she is. She is a snob.She thinks she can play games because she is hot. Well if she keeps doing that she will cool down real fast. I am a hot guy and i don't do that.

Dude you need to get to know a girl before going out with her, I mean hangout with her a lot, don't just go out with her, I had a bad experience. Being good friends before a relationship will strengthen it like you wouldn't belive plus you can find out if you actually like her that much and don't go by "she's hott." bad judgement goodluck man.

She might have ignored you because you haven't answered her as to whether your going out with her yet. You should talk to her, girls are more outgoing these days so you shouldn't be surprised about a girl asking you out.
