He has told, is telling and will tell the same to other girls. He is interested in QUANTITY more than QUALITY.So don't be romantic. U can have fun with him like other 22(now they may become more as I am writing this).But If you r a sensitive girl looking for deep and long term relationship ignore him JUST NOW.

geezz ...if he does have like 23 gf all at a go ..theres these possiblities 1) he doesnt really take all his relationship seriously
2) hes very imature n young
3) he has a OFFline real gf while ONline r just his urm ..friend as in someone to chat with when he's online , when he's bored ...etc n u mistaken his sweet words for his heart

If he has 22 others, you don't want him. He will treat you like a piece of meat, especially after he gets what he wants out of you. Find yourself someone who can be faithful to one, not bounce around with 22 others.
