I am sneakily using my laptop when i should be asleep...I sneezed, and realized...I never have sneezed, nor heard someone sneeze while sleeping

Very interesting question. I have not personally heard anyone sneeze in their sleep. I did a quick search and saw that several people had asked this on Answers before and most people say yes. But I also found this post from a Neuroscientist saying no, with an explaination...

I've heard people sneeze when they sleep. I think you just don't usually know it, because you're asleep.

you can sneeze when sleeping you just may have never done it but I have and my husband has it just normally wakes you up from a deep sleep.

Because the sneeze wakes you up... that's happened to me... especially when I let one of my cats sleep with me, as I am allergic to them.

well you can wake up and have to sneeze or cough. And then do it...and the reason why you don't do it in your sleep is because the need to do it...wakes you up.

One does sneeze while he sleeps. Its just that you have not have the chance to witness it. My mum, sister & nephew does that.
For your information, people also farts in their sleep. Hehehe!
