First of all try to pick up and read any book out loud - it will help your prononciation.

I moved to US 3 years ago, and I became fluent in it in a 1 month, just because I was young; however, my mom struggled with speaking as well, and reading helped her and I because that way you pronounce words, and also memorize the sentence structure a little bit better.

And also you seem to be catching on pretty quickly.

http://www.learnenglish.de/ - is the website I would used to study my first month in US.

My native language is completely different from English thus it is not impossible to learn. Just try and try again -try to go to a local library they might be of some help, too!!

never follow any books or Cd's to improve Ur talking skills. U will get the only grammatical knowledge if u follow them, but not the talking skills. To get the talking skills just try to speak English for some days only with friends. U can also follow some TV channels like disc, natgeo, BBC etc. Another way is try to think in English, like when u speak something for Ur self just do it in English. I think these three ways will make u a better person if u really try for it. all d best. never feel shy to develop Ur self.

The only way to master the skill to communicate in any language is to keep speaking in that language, without being sensitive about the ridicule that it will entail. Keep watching English movies. Listen to programmes in English and try to imitate their style of speaking. I think the British council Library is conducting some course in English to be spoken. There are a mushroom of spoken English courses offered in road side institutions, which will not be of any standard. Self help is the best help.

Daily Read either the English news paper or English books loudly. Spare around 1 hour to do this type of exercise.

Try speaking to people eventhough you make mistakes. Be frank to them that you are trying to speak and ask them to correct you if you were wrong. Only by speaking you learn a lot, more than going to class.Classes will give you just information to talk in grammatical way. So try speaking with people in english and learn yourself. Don't hesitate yourself.

"The Christian God is a being of ideal personality - merciless, vindictive, capricious and unjust." - Thomas Jefferson The bible easily describes God as a tremendously advise and egocentric guy. something i think isn't befitting of the definition of a god. in the different case, I agree, the older stuff should be (and is) loose.
