well.. . .. obviously the sea level well rise and the beach front might become submerged over time. . . .

Well i live near the coast of sydney aswell....The shoreline is getting smaller...and gradually....it will continue getting smaller and there won't be any beaches...just the other day i was at a school excursion at long reef (near Dee Why) and the guide showed us a picture of the shoreline 50 years ago....it has decreased significantly...no good news....but this should take at least another 50 years....so unless you're planning to stay for another 50 years+ then...you're alright!
