Usually are my hands and feet that get so cold...the more clothes I wear the colder I seem to get. Is it my diet, a circulation problem...is it phsycological??

I am so sensitive to cold weather too. I always have to put on a lot more clothes that my husband. Sometimes it warms me up if I have a hot cup of tea.

It's all in your head.....if my feet are cold..I'm feeling like I'm freezing to death. Or how about that ice cold breeze that creeps down your neck.....brrrrrrrrrr.
I usually eat some hot sauce with my meals...not the cheap stuff...the Habenero type that have warning labels because it's hot... type.
Besides the more you move the more heat your body produces.
