Duties towards the mankind comes first. This is because, he has given us the role of human being thus we have to fulfill the duty towads the mankind to complete duties towards God.
We cannot live on earth looking at the sky, we have to look what is on earth for now. I consider being on earth is like being in one of the department that we are positioned in God's office. Headquarters will be visited by us in the final meeting.

duties towards the mankind because the duties towards the mankind are the duties towards the God. A person who can not love someone who is visible can not love a God who is not visible to our physical eyes.

Definitely duty towards God first coz this life belongs to
Him anyway and as the saying goes; "Man propose, God dispose." We can do and plan anything we want but when
God wants to take us home, there's nothing we can do to stop it so why bang your head against the wall knowing that it will give you pain?
