Pencils, fireplugs, itty bitty, pith helmeted and with a turtle neck or not, they come dressed left or dressed right. Their personal hygiene is important any which way it comes. It's not the size of the wand, it's the magic in it!

When things get that intimate, what difference would it make. It used to be people got circumcised for religious reasons, then there was a medical fad about it being cleaner (less chance of infection under foreskin--especially if its not there!) But there has been a swing back from that, to Au natuarale. In modern day society taking care of business (being clean) is much more accessible than it was. Now it's a personable preference, either religious or because that's what someone thought was good/OK etc. at the time.

Some cultures and families don't believe in circumcision so there is a chance that when you get a guy's pants off his junk looks like a bad turkey neck wearing a turtleneck. LOL
Most women I have spoken to prefer like you do and want him come clean and circumcised. There is also hygiene issues with uncircumcised men.

It would initially surprise me more to learn that the person I was getting intimate with was a guy... After that initial shock subsided I'm sure that the circumcised/uncircumcised issue would pale in comparison.

I think that it's a preference. I was definitely shocked the first time I was with a guy that was uncircumcised because I didn't know what was going on :) I was a lot younger then...lol. I absolutely prefer a guy that is circumcised...it just looks nicer!

cirsumsition is an option and not an obligation. There are ways to clean it without getting circumsition. And if you worry about the feeling you get because he's not circumsized, you can ask him to umm open it, just pull the skin behind when its not on erection mode (its easiser to do it when not in that mode) and dont worry, the skin is dual layered and its designed that way (pullable ^^)

No, wouldn't surprise me at all...not all men get circumcised. Nope no difference, what it looks like has nothing to do with knowing how to use it.

It would surprise me, my boyfriend being Catholic and all and the big deal those people make out of things like that. Unfortunately, because of the Catholicism, I'll have to wait a loooong time to get any.

i'd be surprised, but i don't think it would make any difference. and i don't think he'd be able to tell i was surprised because i'd like it just as much as if he was circumcised.
