For around two years I've had several symptoms, and have rarely felt well.
My symptoms include:
-dizziness
-tingling/pins and needles/very cold sensation starting at back of head then through scalp, arms, shoulders and sometimes entire body (this is very uncomfortable, sometimes unbearable)
-joint pain and the feeling of very dry bones
-spells of confusion
-bad headaches (sometimes sensitive to light/sound, and sometimes temporary [1-3 seconds] sight loss)
- often times I get a "falling" sensation when I stand up or walk
- spells of insomnia
- spells of sudden fatigue and weakness
-memory problems
-psychological problems including mood swings and depression
-problems thinking/concentrating/absorbing information
-being constantly cold
- spells of irregular heart beat
- spells of chest tightness/pressure, sensation of heaviness on chest
- shortness of breath/trouble breathing (like a panic attack)
I will be going to the doctor but I just want to see if this sounds familiar.

Um. If you've had a list of symptoms this long for _two years_ and aren't dead yet, I think you have hypochondria.

Wow.....I had to respond because I could have written that post myself. I have just about all of those symptoms. I have had 4 ekgs, a stress test, 3 chest xrays, an mri of my brain, and a ton of bloodwork.
The dr. said it was anxiety. I'm never anxious until the symptoms come on me and I can't breath, my heart pounds. Sometimes my face goes numb. I was given Zoloft, which I used for a few months. I still had symptoms, but didn't care because of the meds.
I would get an ekg, bloodwork including thyroid panel, maybe an mri and chest xray. You want to rule out heart problems, brain problems, and make sure sure hormone levels and electrolytes are normal.
Thyroid problems, low potassium, heart problems such as mitral valve prolapse can cause a lot of these symptoms.
I am going back to my dr. soon to ask for testing to rule out lyme disease and lupus.
My advice is rule out the heart, lungs, brain. Then go from there.
Be honest with yourself. You know your body better than anyone. Do you honestly think anxiety or stress is causing these symptoms? Or do you think it's something more?
If you get an answer, please share it here.
disclaimer-I am not a dr. Anyone with medical issues should see a physician!

I can't think of one single condition that has all these symptoms. It may be blood sugar (low or high) or your blood pressure which will cause a lot of these symptoms. You do need to see a doctor and get them to run a blood work on you. It's a good idea to keep a log of your syptoms though and write down any questions you have so when you have your appointment you won't forget anything. Good luck.

You need an EKG and Holter Monitor to make an accurate diagnosis. Make sure they also test your FASTING glucose and insulin levels. It could be insulin resistance.

Sounds like malnutrition and dehydration. You should go see your doctor for a complete check up.
