There is really no way to delete the defragmentation option. It is a system file and cannot be removed. If you wish to get back to it follow the sourses below

Well you can't really remove to access again you have to go into my computer right click or your Local Disk Drive and click tools and there it is.

Go to start -> Run. Type in "%SystemRoot%\System32\dfrg.msc" and press OK. It will run the defrag tool.
