What color are her eyes? If they are not blue, then you should be fine. You can always get her into a vet and have them test her hearing and eyesight just to be on the safe side.

Being deaf/blind is genetic and you would have to know more about the parents to deduct whether or not your girl will carry or display these traits. There is testing called SERF testing that they offer at dog gatherings, mostly at dog shows and they can test her eyesight. Hearing is something you would be able to detect fairly easily. Does she respond to commands? If yes, then she is not (entirely) deaf. You could train with hand signals in the event she does become deaf so she does not lose her training. Look up the American Sign Language signs for sit, stay, up, down, etc to work into her training. that way you are not always voicing commands and you can control her in a quite environment

In this case, I am not sure about pit bulls specifically, but i do know that with Boxers, approximately 25% of those that are considered "white" are deaf in one at least one ear. This is because it is a recessive color, therefore carrying a lot of other recessive genes and potential health problems. I would say your pit would be considered "white" but that does not mean she will definitely have problems. Just stay on top of her check ups and talk to your vet about your concerns.

I had a white one too. Even if they have some brown spots it is still considered Albino. The vet told us too that blindness and deafness was very likely.

it's good enough to be concerned. a vet will give the dog an eye and ear check for pretty cheap.
