1 part Blue Curaco (sp?)
Top off with lemonade
Mix well and add ice.

As to the guy who said not to drink at all; that's bogus. Latest studies show that women who drink up to two drinks a day, and men who drink up to four a day, with meals, are more likely to be in good health and in general less likely die from anything health related than non-drinkers, by I think about 18% if I recall the numbers right. SInce everybody dies, I'm not sure how they came up with that number, but I'll leave that to the scientists.
Personally, I'm a beer guy (Shiner and St. Arnold's are my faves) but that's not everybody's cup of tea...beer. I also like a good gin and tonic with a twist of lime; Bombay Saphire is the best for your buck if you go that root. My lady friends love hazelnut martinis which are remarkably easy to make and are not exceedingly sweet like a lot of mixed drinks. White Russians are a little on the sweeter side, but still really easy to make. Do a little searching online for cocktails and you'll probably find just about anything; have fun and try new things.

Cosmopolitan - Vodka - Cranberry - Orange Liqueur (the cranberry masks the alcohol)
Long Island Ice Tea - Actually tastes like Ice tea (very very strong - lots of alcohol and if made right you never taste a drop)
You could also drink fruity drinks like Pina Coladas or Strawberry Margaritas, but many bars don't make them or don't make them very strong.
I also know a dessert drink called a Hummer that is Ice Cream, Vodka, and Chocolate Liqueur.served in a fudge drizzled brandy snifter -- but you can only drink one, since it is about 1000 calories a glass.

Try a Malibu rum and coke or mix it with pineapple and orange juice. Or maybe a vodka coke. If you like fruit juices, there are a lot of drinks made with them that disguise the alcohol taste a lot. Ask your bartender for a suggestion. They will come up with something you might enjoy.

I like a little vanilla rum mixed with root beer. It tastes like a cream soda. Or try a wine spritzer; wine with a bit of 7-Up. Oh and I here that the carbination actually speeds up the effects of the alcohol.

Alabama Slammer
Or try:
1 shot of bacardi rum 80 proof mixed with tall glass of cubed ice and original hawaiian punch.
Zero alcohol taste but be careful, just because it's not apparent doesn't mean it's not in there. Likely still higher alcohol volume than wine coolers.

There is a fortified wine called Boones Farm that is readily available in most beer and wine stores. It is cheap, comes in a variety of flavors and the alcohol is undetectable. You will like it. IF your at a bar try to get a Pinnapple and vodka. The sweetness of pinnapple juice covers of the vodka.

Thats is problem with drinking in the US. People drink to get drunk. I like beer. I also make my own. But I dont drink it to get a buzz or drunk. I drink it because I like the flavor. Its stupid to drink for the purpose of getting a buzz. Respect the alcohol. If you dont like catfish, are you going to order it at a restaurant just because you are hungry? I dont think so.
