im a guy that seems to always miss the flirt my friends will tell me that she was just flurting with me and i think she was just being nice so in my opion yes tell them you like them that special way but becarfull on how you do this because you might scare them away

Flirt first, obviously. Never hit a guy with something important out of the blue; he'll get all flustered and confused. Once you've flirted and gotten to know him a little, then you will know for sure whether your feelings are just physical attraction or actually run deeper than that. After that, go ahead and tell him! I did, and ended up being with the love of my life.

You could just go for it, but flirting is great also. Just make alot of eye contact with him and when you do...give him a little smile...he'll like that.
