Most people feel nauseated when someone else throws up. When it happens get away from the sound and smell or you will throw up. Leaving work seems a little extreme, it would be better to tell the boss what happened and that you feel sickened by it, ask for a break and get some fresh air for a few minutes. And have someone else go in and clean up after the sick person and they will probably need a break too. It's kind of a reflex...no one likes puke.

OMG I struggle through from an same right concern...if someone even mentions that they don't experience nicely, i bypass into panic mode. i can not even watch someone throw up in a movie, although i recognize its pretend. i have under no circumstances watched an episode of Jackass because of all the puking they do. It became once really complicated for me at the same time as my older 2 little ones were youthful and they might come down with the tummy flu, oh god it became terrible. they say that a thanks to get over a phobia is through dealing with it head on. they have vomiting video clips for this objective. I under no circumstances watched those btw...i might want to under no circumstances get myself to do it. I do might want to say though, that through the years and after seeing a lot of human beings throw up (not willingly i'd upload), its not so undesirable anymore. I nonetheless experience that preliminary panic reaction, regardless of the indisputable fact that it is going away rapidly after I undergo in concepts that vomiting is a organic actual reaction, and the guy will probable experience more desirable after too. i am hoping that permits :)

have her go and get some professional help with a professional that works with phobia's. It may not take that long to get over it, and then she will not have the problem anymore, otherwise she can keep the phobia, and keep getting sick when others are vomitting. It is just that simple, and the chose is hers, no matter how much you want to help you can only sugguest it, cause if she does not want to , she is not going to.

you can't stop you friend from vomiting but you can help her. When she is sick and is vomiting, be there to help her though it. i always feel sad when i start vomiting because it really feels awful and you can't breath. i almost started crying once! be there to hold up her hair when she is puking a help make her food that she can hold down. it might make her feel better. you can also suggest she go to a doctor. i use a prescribed cream for your wrists that actually stops vomiting. it is called fenargon (i think). i hope your friend doesn't get sick! :)

well you can take her to a counsler person or someone like that and they can help her get over her fears. My friend had to go once because she was afraid of vomiting to. but they got her over it. she had to confrunt it by watching movies with vomiting in it. Yes its gross but... it helps.
