There is always Speckles or Priscilla. But, I think since she is a big dog, but a female, you should consider a dainty name so that people will not automatically think she is a boy and play too rough with her. Look up some baby name sites and see what fits her.

Good dog names have no more and no less than two syllables. The dog can distiguish commands easier. Most commands are one worded such as sit, stay, no, come, heal. So you can get it's attention with a name that isn't too long and isn't easily confused. Pepper would be a cute name since its black and white =)

Mishka, Russian : little bear. Term of endearment
Tatiana Russian :Name of one of the daughters of the last Czar of Russia
