this site has the most video clips with the most users but the site does not allow you to download the clips straight off. What i do is i use a program called VDownloader, it is completely free and all you do is type the youtube url of the clip you want and click download and it will download the clip in .avi format so it can be played on your regular video player, rather than downloading it as a .flv file like it would if you used a youtube downloading site.
