without a doubt honesty & integrity
Even the prettiest lady who has no integrity or honesty is really just plain ugly.

Well attractive means you just met them, so for me it's:
Accomplishment and Ambition, then Physical Attractiveness, then Friendliness, then Kindness, then Temperment, Then Honesty and Integrity (matters more after you are already attracted),

Okay this is an answer for the WOMEN. A women who is intelligent at work, polite when talks, honest to her colleagues & stunning in the bed. Will always be the one desired by MAN. Who knows how to keep alive, in almost every situation.

Guys will usually always look at outward beauty first. That's just way we are. It's in our primal breeding instincts. The hottest woman in the room always gets first notice. Temperment would be a close second, I think.

Most guys just want a certain minimum level of attractiveness, and it's all good.
Other than that, I'd say conversation skills and kindness.

out of the list...physical attractiveness if i dont know her. im not going to talk to a girl if i didnt like how she looked. if im friends with a girl i might not think she is really attractive but i could be brought in by her personality. tough question...

Most guys go for physical attractiveness because they allow their primitive notions control them like mammals in heat. The more mature or intellectual men go for kindness and temprement more. They are women; not used cars. People should go beyond looks.
