There's a hill near my home called "Big Rock." I love to go up there late at night and just sit quietly and listen to the world around me. I've never seen anyone else up there doing that.

I guess if I had to treasure "things", I'd choose my children's drawings from years past, my wedding ring, my children's lockets of hair from their first haircut, etc.
But most of all...I treasure my Husband...I treasure what our marriage represents...I treasure our life together and how we've grown up next to each other. I'm proud of him for serving our country and being a real man in our family in every way. He's a precious Man to me...
People take for granted what a marriage truly is...and what is best for their children. Most people have one foot out the door if they're even married at all.
I treasure the sanctity of marriage, my Husband and our life together.
Sounds corny...but if you have it...you know what I'm talking about...if you don't, you'll think it's mushy.

I would say my friends and neighbours - I can't say they have a lot in common, but I value them all for their insights and jokes & knowing when to speak up, intervene, volunteer, and when to have a party, & when to be silent & let us all get some sleep!
Things? I guess my pendant for donating blood means zilch to others! What's done is done, after all! Means more to me than any sports medal, though.
My free email account, it keeps me in touch without intrusion, at times when I might be entertaining friends, having an early night, busy, or too tired to think or reply. It saves me listening to voicemail from people who rabbit on & forget to leave their number or reason for calling. It saves people money so that they don't have to ring or write, and saves us playing 'phone tag, yet lets us share thoughts & impressions & tips.
And cigarettes - I guess not everyone loves cigarettes! What I can't fathom is why they don't understand that smokers love smoking! It's not necessary to know why, or identify with that. Such intolerance is ugly to live with.
Oh, and my will. Nothing bad in it - but it's a pretty good bet that anyone close to me would hate to hear it read!

I treasure little gifts of meaning from friends. Nothing expensive. Just a little memory. I have little things from close friends from over the years that I have not come to part with as they mean alot even though many I never speak to anymore. The little item helps me not to forget them and what they brought to my life.

The things that I accumalated over my lifetime. The pictures of my family and relatives when they were teen-agers. My children are grown, and with their own children but they could care less of what I have put back for them. I might as well give it to a "flea market".
