You and my ex boyfriend´s best friend?

Question

I was going out with my ex boyfriend´s best friend? and I stop doing it,... but he is pushing to do it again.. he says that he wants me to talk with me as a friend, but I´m not sure... what do i have to do?, I broke up with my ex one year ago and now we are friend.. not too close friend.. but we are.. so ..you understand, It´s a not comfortable situation,... Thanks

Comming from somebody who's been through this and is over it after almost a year and a half- just wanted to let you know, I'm still dating my ex's best friend, and I've never been happier. Sometimes that's the way life works, but I didn't want to talk to my ex either because he cheated on me so we were at bad terms. When I started dating his friend, I asked him what my ex thought about all this. . . he said he was fine with it~! Yes, it's weird and uncomfortable at first because your so use to doing stuff with him instead of being "just" his friend, but in reality (He's the one who messed up, not me/you). And now that I'm looking back on all of this- we're closer now as friends than we ever were as boyfriend/girlfriend. I guess sometimes things are or needless to say /arn't meant to be. If I made it through this, I know you can. Cheer up, I'm sure he's worth if you really want him. ; )

You need to get the ok from your ex, if you are still friends of course. But if you broke up with your ex for bad reasons then stuff him - do whatever your heart tells you

Just because you dated someone doesn't mean his friend can't date you. your ex doesn't have some kind of unwritten right over you. just make sure if you do date his friend to let your ex know. make it clear to him that he has no right to get mad.

I know he cant make u so you have to want to otherwise ... you just avoid something that can be hashed out easily
