There's a man suing Home Depot due to a cruel, practical joke played in the men's bathroom stall. Someone put super glue on a toilet seat, and the man sat on it and got stuck. He started to yell, "help me get off, help me get off"...nobody would come in the bathroom to his aid because...would you go in there and help a man that's yelling, "help me get off, help me get off" ??

When I said "read it in the paper"... I meant past tense. This did happen quite some time ago. I think you can find it on some sort of website like stupid lawsuits.com...It's kinda like when you read about a person breaking into another's house and getting hurt while doing so...then the criminal sues the victim and wins!! Crazy stuff.

Actually it is true!!!!!!! It was all over the news!! The guys lawyer even went to like news shows like Today and Good Morning America and stuff like that!! It was hilarious when i was told about it!!! We talked about it in my eco and gov class!!!! we couldn't stop laughing!!!

yes my dear you can believe that i believe what you believe as true. It happened on aircraft vacuum toilet that a fat lady could get up cause as she flush it her thighs encompasses the seat and created the vacuum, but it is safe now little holes were drilled around to prevent the re-occurrence.

Yes, I recall that story. And the final chapter was that he got arrested. Turned out that HE had applied the glue! (He'd done it before somewhere else, and liked the attention it got him.)

best way to make people believe and be engrossed is to say its true. but, why would he sit his naked but down on a nasty public toilet, without first preparing the seat. thats nasty.
