i don't think you should really plan for this kind of thing. just let it happen, be in the moment. you don't necessarily have to say anything to them when you give it, just wink at them or give them a cute/sexy/sassy smile. body language is important, and subtile little movements like that can sometimes indicate more than awkward words can. try it! :D

well i don't know if this is the BEST way, but once a guy came up to me in the club and asked me to use my phone later i realized he had programmed himself in my phone...didn't ever use it (in a relationship) but it was cute
