We have joint checking account and i would cause me serious financial hardship. Her reasons are many, but basiclly I have done all the work to this newly renovated house and she stayed away a and would not help. Now she is disgrunteld, scorned after she said we were all done and to move on , I did and she got upset to say the least.

i'm guessing that the facts are these...
1. you did all the work to your house
2. without her income you would be in "serious financial hardship"
so i think it's safe to say SHE did do something, she brought home alot of money. and trying to keep her around so you wont be in any financial hardship is tacky!! rude! selfish! ridiculous! and pathetic!! grow up and let her go.

um sorry, but if it's her Salary then you can't have it she earned it and she has a choice to put it in the joint account or not, your not married so its always a risk to have a joint account and remodel a home ect. best of luck to you

HAVE YOU HEARD SHAKESPERE'S QUOTE, "HELL HATH NO FURY LIKE A WOMAN SCORNED." IF SHE'S NOT YOUR WIFE, YOU HAVE NO LEGAL BASIS TO SUPPORT YOUR CASE.
