There are a lot of really good books out there. The best one that I would recommend would be Why Am I Still Depressed? Recognizing and Managing the Ups and Downs of Bipolar II and Soft Bipolar Disorder by Jim Phelps, MD. It covers the whole spectrum of bipolar disorder, not just the common manic depression that most books talk about.

Go to your library or college library and ask the Liberian for help. My psychology instructors assigned many library books for various psy. illness.
