What a wonderful question. I wrote an article on this subject years ago.
Toby would look like Cary Grant, suave and cool
Bonnie would look like Madonna, demanding and spoiled
Bijou would look like Meryl Streep, quiet and classy
Fellini would look like the Jethro on Beverly Hillbilies, big, clumsy and not very intelligent
And Tinker would look exactly like Elizabeth Taylor, the Queen

I have a cat named Prince who would be the really smart, slightly overweight kid with the pocket protector in high school. He walks with the upper part of his back legs together and the bottom part turned out, kind of pigeon -toed!! He is huge and absolutely beautiful!!!

My cat would be a middle aged man, around 5'10". He would be disgruntled, potbellied, with greying, slightly balding hair. He would spend his evening stuffing at all you can eat buffets and getting high on grass (my cat gets super high on catnip). He would spend a lot of time on his laptop placing desperate personal ads on craigslist, advertising himself as a dashing man with brilliant green eyes.

Onyx would be a tall lanky goth lookin guy with clear green eyes.
