When my skin gets VERY dry in the winter, I use Mary Kay Extra Emolient Night Cream. Before you put it on your face tho, you put water on and then the cream. It works like a charm for me.
To keep my skin hydrated normally, I use oil of olay (original formula) right after I get out of the shower with the water still on my face and I let it air dry.
I'm almost 50 and everyone I know thinks I'm only 35!

I like Mary Kay Time Wise Age Fighting Moisturizer. It is wonderful and keeps your face soft and smooth. It comes in two different formulas. Normal to dry, and combination to oily. It is not greasy and not thick, and I was never a MK person and I swear by the stuff! If you want to order you can contact me and I will help you out!

I suffer from dry flaky skin in the winter too. I swear by Aveeno calming cream, but first I use Neutragena alchol-free toner to get rid of the flakes.

I have found after many attempts that Aveeno is by far the very best cream to moisturize your face. It is highly recommended by dermatologists. Good Luck and Good Health
