give your hair a break and do some deep conditioning. and you need to have a regular routine of getting a trim as far as the "flyaways" that's hair that you broke doing all this straightening and blowdry every day. give your hair a break!!!!!

Its either breakage or new hairs growing in that just shorter than the rest. If its breakage, you need to use a little light hair spray in the meantime. Get a fine aerosol mist. Use your iron on the lowest setting that will still straighten your hair.

It sounds like you have a lot of breakage. The best thing to do is to always use a good conditioner, and always use styling aids, like mousse or gel or straightener cream, because this will protect your hair from too much heat!

Try to condition it, And when you straighten and apply heat to your hair EVERYDAY it damages it.
