Dental Implantology is a fairly new area of dentistry and the costs are still high. As time goes on and more and more dentists are involved in these procedures, the cost will come down significantly.
There has, in my opinion, been a tendency for certain practitioners to overcharge for dental implant procedures. There are two major costs involved in dental implant treatment. The first is the implant itself and the second is the restoration (tooth or teeth) that is anchored by the implant.

Dental tourism is a great opportunity that combines dental care with tourism. People can get their treatments done while enjoying their vacations in an exotic land. People can easily get medical visa and can stay for a long time in a foreign country. Dr. Agravat Dental Clinic Tourism is one such dental clinic that welcomes patients from all over the world. They have no waiting lists and as soon as you get in touch with them, they can offer you the appointment.

I think most dental insurances - even the worst - cover some, if not all, of the cost of dentures. All your dentist has to do is send a letter describing the need. If you call them and ask they will tell you no, so ask your dentist to do it. No insurance on the face of the earth covers implants because they are classified as cosmetic. Good luck to you.

Get a partial. They're cheaper then implants that's for sure. Implants start at $3000.00 and are not covered by insurance, and probably never will be because there are cheaper ways to replace missing teeth ( partials, bridges...) If you get government insurance, they will pay 50% for a partial. Open a line of credit, and call government insurance. Get implants out of your head if your tight an money.

Ask your doctor if he/she knows where you can get free dental care. Implants are very expensive, so you'll probably have to get dentures or partials. Good luck
