What if they went out to get coffee together, e-mailed and talked to each other often and even text message each on their cellphones? Would you be suspicious of them or think that it is okay?

I would really be suspicious , where there is smoke there is fire .
Let no one kid you otherwise, There is no such things as
friendly relationships . It might just be a stage or fling that
he or she is going through , but it also could be very serious.
Wonder what you havent caught them at ?

My guess is you have nothing to worry about. Respect and admiration for a co worker doesn't mean he's cheating, but then again just because she's overweight and unattractive in your eyes doesn't mean he see's her like that. Sometimes men will cheat with women that nobody ever would have guessed. My advice to you is to go with your gut instinct on this, a woman's instinct is very strong. You should also look up signs of cheating boyfriends.

I think you have to relate that situation to the strength of your relationship with your husband. Does he still spend quality time with you, tell you he loves you? If so, then it's probably not a big deal. Your best option is probably to bring it up with your husband and tell him how you're feeling.

Why don't you ask your husband if he thought it would be ok if you started doing all those things with another male?
