I was curious, with the guy running around claiming that evolution is a "religion". I've never even heard of a religion without a deity of some sort. But...I don't know as much as I could about some of the Eastern belief systems.
Does anyone know of any religions that don't have a deity?

I don't consider Atheism a "religion", but rather a lack thereof.

Buddhism doesn't, really. I mean, Buddha isn't a God. And neither does Confucianism or Taoism. But they do have rituals, and spiritual ideas and ethics; morals and values, which evolution doesn't have attached to it and therefore cannot count as a religion. I mean really, it's a scientific concept. It doesn't even have anything to do with religion.

Buddhism, Taoism and Jainism are the only ones that I can think of.
Buddhism - The Buddha was the awakened one, the wheel-turner, but not a god.
Taoism - based on the Tao te Ching
Jainism - About all that I know is that they don't worship a deity.

I believe that Scientology does not have a god or goddess. Maybe someone more familiar with Scientology can either verify this or correct me.
