Who ever said, or where does it say you can do anything in heaven? That one is new to me. As for your question, I immediately thought of satan, when he was still an angel, and tried to do exactly what you asked!!!! It didn't fare well for him, but he is good at lying and cheating others, and got several angels to fall with him. So, my answer would be no, lol
