The IRS is an Illegal Gov. Corporation which was falsely declared to be ratified in February 1913 by Secretary of State Philander Knox. So you do not have to pay federal income tax. All who say that she is dumb for not paying the "illegal" IRS, they themselves are dumb for just excepting what the Gov. tells them to do without finding out for themselves what their freedoms are. The exception is, If you are not a citizen from the U.S. and working here, you have to pay income tax.

Now, Do understand that because we live in such an uninformed country, if you are weak, it is not recommended to fight the Gov. and it's overwhelming supporters. But if you are strong and brave, it is your patriotic duty to protect and uphold our ( original ) Constitution.

It sounds like you may need some proffessional help so you know what your rights are in this matter. I would consult a tax consultant and see what they say. Don't give the irs any information until you find out how to proceed. Because they can and will use it to their advantage and you don't want to be paying them everything you have for the next 30 years, do you. Thirty years making lets say on an average of 250.00 per week with interest and penalities your getting close to the 2 million mark. You better go out and win a few lotteries for that one. good luck

Dont worry!
You need to get your stuff together for the past 5 years. They cant go back 30 years. Then file them and if they owe you refunds, you will get them. If you owe them, then they will charge you interest on the money you owe them from April 15th of the tax year you failed to file.
Get a tax expert to help you, not H and R Block or Jackson Hewitt. A real CPA that knows a lot.
Good Luck!

You might have a pretty hard time convincing anyone that you've lived this long and never heard that you had to pay taxes.

Consult a CPA or a tax attorney. You're probably in deep trouble, at least financially.

You need to gather your information and file returns for the years that you have not paid taxes. If you have never paid taxes at all then will be liable for the debt however I would consult a tax lawyer. I think that you should know better and it will be hard to get a judge to believe that you didn't know that you had to pay taxes
