Might want to take her in for a bladder infection check.

I don't know how the beef jerky affected her .. obviously, if it continues for more than another day .. I would bring her into a Vet. I had a cat with a bladder infection that caused the same symtoms .. it was the same as what you are describing now. It was over a holiday weekend and no Vets were available. She died overnight.
If it were me ? I'd bring her into the Vet right away. Good Luck ! :)

Congratulations! You have done a stellar job of training your dog it is ok to pee in the house. Since you are gone all day, I have no idea why you thought it would be ok to have a dog. Now if you decide not to keep her, you have created the perfect dog that no one will want. I will never understand why so many people with small dogs LOVE to train them to pee in the house, and do not think -that because it is a small dog- that it needs to be walked like a regular dog.

umm, well is youre dog potty train yet ? if not then i think you should try to get her train befire she end up going pee again in the house . or you can go get some puppy train pads bag at the petsmart if you dont want a smelling house , and there is a puppies and medium sizes diapers pants for the pets to wear on when they needed to go to pee or poops .i dont think you shouldnt had the dog ated anything thats has salt might cause gas or upset stomach for the dog health.

It could be a medical condition, diabetes, bladder/kidney infection. It could be Cushings Disease or Addison's disease--these tests are EXPENSIVE and should be done once diabetes and bladder/kidney infection are ruled out. But Cushings comes with other symptoms, such as drinking TONS of water and eating like it's her last meal. My dachshund was just diagnosed with this....now she's on chemo pills.

Anyway...you can put a doggie diaper on her...I suggest using pads for incontinence (like Depends) instead of maxi pads...and see how she does.

It could be a urinary tract or bladder infection or even something like kidney stones. I would take her to the vet and have it checked out. The peace of mind is worth it.

might be the salt. but the salt if anything would make her pee less i would think. i would take her into the vet. might just be a bladder infection and needs some antibiotics. good luck.

If it continues over the next couple days it could be a bladder infection. Call your vet. If it is then you will be given an antibiotic to give him/her.

the reason she is doing this is because she is marking her territory. she is saying " hey this is my house and I'm the boss around hear" she will especially do this if there is another dog around she is simply saying that she is the head dog around there and is just showing it by peeing. it is very common in dogs.

bring her to the vet and have a urinalysis run. it might be from something like an infection or crystals in the urine.
