Cutsy cute: rent a chick flick and watch it with her or get her flowers and chocolate
Romantic cute: plan a picnic or dinner and actually cook something (doesn't have to be fancy, just edible); if dinner, be all gentalmanish and pull out the chair and clean up her plate afterwards

I've said this several times. Most private airports have private services. I live in Dallas, and Addison airport has an airplane company that offers Skylight Tours. For about 100 dollars, they will take you up over your major city and sights as the sun goes down. Usually lasts about an hour and a half. You can usually bring a bottle of wine or champagne. Or you can have the pilot go where you want. Very romantic and cool!

One day, buy a card, a blank one find a dictionary or thesaurus and find any word can that will describe her. put all these words on the card... find out what some of her faveorite snacks are (candy) and buy a small bag... fill it up with her fav treats and leave the card and the bag @ her door or something when she's not home. it'll be a very nice surprise and she'd appreciate the fact that you pay attention to what she likes!!! but, you cant be there when she gets it!

Take her out to eat or buy her a journey necklace...they're high in the price but its very rare
