years old??? I tried to explain to my mum that I am way to developed for that. She wont listen. I havent even lived with her in over four years! I think she has alzheimer's disease. what would you do???

It sounds to me like YOU are the fetus in question. Since you've already been borne and are out of the womb, she can't abort you. I would get her to a doctor. Sounds like Alzheimer's to me.

I would lead and live my own life and not worry about hers even though she is your mum. I got pregnant with my first child at the age of 13 and abortion never once crossed my mind. It is your decision and yours alone listen to your self and no one else.. Good luck and you have my best wishes I hope this helped some :)
As for the person who tried to answer your question and said that they did not know there was age limit for the fetus to be aborted of course there is 12-16 weeks gestation is usually the cut off time where good doctors will not preform a abortion. But I am sure you know this.
In response to you saying she wants to abort you if she loves you unconditionally as a mother should she will except your decision. I to am 26 and I have 3 children ranging from the age of 12 to 5. What is growing inside of you is a part of you and your mum. But ultimately the session is yours and yours alone.

On a serious note: I've learned that in dealing with the elderly that are dilusional, it is best to agree with them and never create a conflict because it will only make the both of you upset. Which can have more damaging effect on your mum, especially if she really does have Alzheimer's. Just change the subject to something at hand if she insists on aborting you at such a late stage.
half way there- I think you need to recheck your facts. Abortion is in NO WAY linked to breast cancer or any cancer or any other medical ailment (aside from emotional trauma). More people should be getting abortions instead of burdening society.

There is a time limit on when you can get a abortion. 3 months is usually the cut off.
Do what is right, later abortions carry more health risks. There is always adoption.

Are you asking about a cut off age for abortion? You mom won't let you get one? Do you need to get one? Why not have the baby and put it up for adoption? There are many childless parents wanting a child, willing to pay all your expenses. =o) An abortion is just killing an innocent child who had nothing to do with the decision you made to have sex. Abortion is a decision for you and the father, or, only you. Development has no basis though. You can receive the procedure at any age.
