I am an adult, and I have the same problem. They actually make alarm clocks for this.

My alarm clock makes this terrible shreiking sound. And, it throw four pieces of a 3D puzzle across the room. The only way to turn it off is to put the puzzle back together and in the alarm clock.

When I was looking at it, there was also one that looked like a grenade. It would play reville. It would also launch the spoon(the little handle on the grenade) across the room. It would only turn off when you put the spoon back on the grenade.

Mine works well, may want to look into it.

Try putting the clock across the room so you HAVE to get up to turn it off, and if you have a watch with an alarm, set that for five minutes later and put that in yet another spot. Try to go to bed a bit earlier, and if you can't, take a power nap during the day. I am a senior too, and I usually go to bed at 1 and get up at 6:30... practice makes perfect, I suppose.

Buy 2 or 3 alarm clocks that is highly annoying ( possibly a bell clock or the buzzer) and place them at different points in your room. Make sure that they are no where near you at arms length. You want to make sure to set each clock alarm 5 minutes apart and you want to make sure you get up to turn em off. And usually by the last alarm to get and turn off you will be too damn awake to go back to bed... or do what i did... join the marines

Get two more alarm clocks and set all three of them for the same time. If that doesn't help, get another one with a loud obnoxious alarm, like loud honking sound.

If it's a problem hearing it, use a cellphone, put it on vibrate, and put it on a hard, flat surface. When it goes off, it's loud enough to scare the crap out of you lol. Yeah, and go to bed earlier. Or have your parents nag you until you get up.

Also, tattoo98.... - is that clock for real? It sounds ridiculously crazy!

Put the volumme on your alarm as high as you can and if you cannot hear it, then there might be some kind of problem with you. I go to sleep around mid-night or one in the morning and still wake up to go to work at 8AM.

Set two alarm clocks and put one where you can hear it and where you have to get out of bed to turn it off. It would be good to put both of them where you'd have to get up to shut them off. It's always good to have a back up.

I agree that you need to get to sleep earlier. As a teenager, you need more rest that an adult.
