The proof and evidence is all around you and everywhere, undeniable proof, and indisputable visible evidence. It is called creation and life. Unless your are blind, deaf, and senseless. You can see, smell, taste, hear, feel, and examine the evidence.

We live on a planet teeming with life. Plant life with approximately 250,000 species, animal life with over a million species. Scientists are learning just how complex life is. So complex that it requires design. The evidence of design requires a designer. Scientists are also learning the conditions for life; just how perfect conditions here on planet Earth are to support all this life.

The human brain, it absorbs forty megabytes per second of data while awake. That is two terabytes of data a day. At night, it sorts and stores that data through the creation of new chemical bonds and synaptic connectors.

Sure, right, this all just happened and evolved. This sort of thinking takes considerable faith, exponentially more faith than believing in a creator.

Yes! All the atheists come to yahoo answers every night after praying to gravity to try to bash anyone who's a believer with everchanging theories as their solid (laughing...) defense.

So, you think that we have a God that individually assmbles people, putting each cell in place?
If we have a perfect God, then why is it that most starts at life fail before birth? Most fertilized eggs never reach maturity. If God is perfect, why is this process so flawed? Wouldn't he have created a form of life that most often didn't fail at procreation?
You don't think it's possible for a complex thing to come about through a process such as evolution? And you are an authority because of what? Your many advanced degrees? A pastor who heard from somebody who read somewhere that a man with many advanced degrees thinks this way?
I'm sorry, but simply looking at what you call creation and coming to one's own conclusions doesn't give someone the logical wherewithall to dismiss so many years of research and science that have proved over and over the concept of evolution.
Too, you lump in with evolution the genesis of life, which is a foolish error. Evolution doesn't claim to answer this question. It's only claim is to explain how multiple species came about on this planet. Lumping them together as you did is akin to explaining how cars shouldn't work because horse-drawn carriages had no internal combustion engines.
You claim to deal with data, but you ignore it. Trusting in what is observable requires faith in science and what can be observed. It requires one to be able to say "I don't know" occasionally. Your faith is based on arrogance. It requires only a trust that what preachers and a book says is true, and the ability to ignore science except when convenient. Centuries after Galeleo was proved right, the church says "oops sorry for that", and we are supposed to say OK. The Bible says to kill unruly children, but the modern church says "that's old... we don't do that any more" or "it's metaphor".
Science is not a gospel of convenience. It's a rigorous exercise, not for the timid, meek, or easily led sheep. It doesn't answer to an infallible but often reinterpreted book. It answers to a rigorous procedure designed to search for truth and does not bow to fable, popular opinion, fairy tales or religious fancy.

Are you saying that your faith is weaker than ours? Evolution has happened over billions and billions of years. So, yes, it would be pretty strange if this stuff just appeared without a creator, but it didn't 'just appear' - it took a feakin' long time. Natural selection - survival of the fittest - makes sense. The animals with stronger traits in a species breed and the weaker ones die. Genetics over billions of years creates the immensly complex world we live in. So it may seem so complex that it had to be created. But that isn't so.

To answer your question:
There is no "religion of evolution." It is called the theory of evolution and it is the most scientifically accepted theory because it can't be disproved.
No one mistakes the theory of evolution for religion because it is not faith based, it is based on empirical research.
However, many people who believe in an omnipresent being believe in the theory of evolution. Evolution and God are not incompatible.
I am ignoring the rest of your prolific rantings and your silly little fishies.

I agree with girl wonder your a douche dude. Blender R your a douche too....Christians are the ones that don't think for themselves. Evolution is a theory not law it is a plausible idea. The idea that some being made us and use to show the people he existed and suddenly disappeared from the radar for the last 2000 years sounds very very unlikely. Pat Robertson is switching positions make sure you have a good grip so you don't fall off...

actually, since there is so much Evidence for evolution, not believing in it takes either extreme faith or blind stupidity, usually both... the difference between science and religion is simply this - PROOF!

We act like we have some dignity. If scientist are so for creation how come most don't believe in it?
If its all Gods plan how come the overwhelming majority of species go extinct?

Sure, they have some. But you haven't seen rituals until you've seen the rituals of the religion of gravity. Oh, and everyone knows about the rituals of the religion of orbital mechanics.
