Simple. Undervalue yourself; start believing you HAVE to have someone around to validate you, despite their bad behavior; seek out losers who have lousy manners and who try to control things to excess because their own internal lives are a shambles; tolerate and encourage some touchy wanker's crappy behavior, thereby making them more bold; and allow them to isolate you from real friends and family, which always amplifies the problem. If they hit you, forgive it over and over, making excuses for them until you are black and blue, if not hospitalized. Voila! You're there!
The first time anyone in a relationship hits you, take off like the Road Runner. Don't look back, don't go back. If that sort of situation has ever improved on its on, I've never heard of it. Demand better for yourself.

Make sure you absolutely hate yourself. Also, if you are female, there are men out there looking for "wives" to take care of their kids to keep from paying child support to ex-girlfriends or ex-wives. They want to keep you poor and slaving while he gets richer and negligent. What a perfect abusive scenario. You should have no problems getting what you want. .
