Buspar and Melatonin mix bad?

Question

Anyone know how Buspar and Melatonin react? I take Buspar, low dose (7.5mg/day) but need melatonin for sleep..I've had insomnia for years. I need to ask a doc about it but just wanted to see people's response

i 2 have taken buspar in the past with great results. ask the doc. 2 increase the buspar to 15mg. a day, then u may not need the sleep aid. i 2 have stuggled with insomnia and it went away with the higher dose.
