Can 2 sister be Godparent's to their sister's son in the Roman Catholic Church?

nope. they won't allow it. i tried that with 2 godfathers. you can have them both stand up and say the words but only one name can go on the records.

I don't know about 2 sisters but I know 1 brother can be a Godfather to his younger sister. My brother is to me.

why not?? its not like godparents are ever the ones to actually care for kids if something happens to the parents!
