I have my usual three fried eggs and an English muffin and orange juice. Always wakes me up.

Sometimes Grape Nuts or toasted oatmeal cereal are good, too.

Peanut butter on toast. It's sweet, melts in your mouth, stays with you, and doesn't make you "crash". Apples are good, as well, but so are grapefruits, bananas, frozen grapes, boiled eggs with a hint of salt and pepper, and juice. Try your own combination to see what works best for you. Every body is different so you need to see what makes you feel the best.

Apples are a great morning pick me upper. I didn't believe it until I tried it. You don't "crash" either, like caffiene does to you. The apples were just as effective as if I had chugged a 20oz. Mountain Dew. Only exceptions no jitters or irregular heartbeat like associated with caffiene....much safer and healthier...try it yourself...
