It's like the pain is on the right side of my face all at the same time. If it's not sinuses what could it be? I have tried different remdies even onion juice in the ear but it only works temp. I put Ice on the headache does not do a thing,I suck on ice for the toothache does not help either,I used a heating pad NO relief. Im going to go to the ER tonight if it does not stop.

You really do need to visit the doctor for the answer on this one. An inner ear infection due to a cold or sinus infection can and often does cause ear and tooth pain, and a headache. You could also have a problem with molars, wisdom teeth impaction if you have not had them removed previously. I can't even recommend a pain reliever because you are so far along in your pregnancy, although you can try lying on a heating pad or applying heat to the head and face. That may offer some relief until you can get to the doctor. Because of the way the face is wired up together, it's hard to say exactly what is causing the problem without being able to see and examine you.

I have 2 children and 1 on the way. The absolute worst pain I've ever been in was when I had nerve pain due to a horrible toothache. No joke. A normal toothache, no big deal but I don't think anything could be worse than nerve pain. ETA: I've never gone through labor without an epidural so I can't compare those 2.

The baby naturally takes nutrition from your intake...sometimes more which would take away from the nutrients you need. This can affect the natural health of your teeth.

When you have a toothache, it can spawn pain in your ears and cause headaches....it's called resonant pain. Most dentists will not treat women who are this far along in their pregnancy, so I would suggest contacting your doctor to find out what type of painkillers you can take in the meantime that won't harm your child.

Good luck and hope you feel better!

OH yeah, you know what this could be a sinus problem. I hurt in these places too when i have a sinus infection. Do you have pain in your cheeks below your eyes? Try messaging your cheeks and head, if this doesn't help see your Doctor he should be able to give you something for the pain. CONGRADULATIONS..on the birth of your baby and i hope you feel better.

I think it sounds like a dental problem. Do you have an abcessed tooth? It causes all that pain. I'd call your OB to get an idea of what medicine you can take to relieve the pain, then call your dentist and get an appointment.

It reminds me of TMJ. I would ask your Dentist about this. But you could talk to your Dr. about this first since it takes a while or its 6 month's inbetween Dentist appointment's.
