Umm... most likely, you're gonna get answers from Jews saying Judaism, Muslims saying Islam, and Christians saying Christianity. The CORRECT answers, however, is that the religion of Abraham is that which believes in the PURE Oneness of God (without mysteries and confusions) and its followers submit tot the Perfect Will of God because that's exactly what Abraham did: he submitted to the Will of God. Any religion that has followers who worship GOD alone without joining partners with Him (because, remember, he tried really, really hard to get his father to stop worshipping those statues and other false gods created by men), any religion that has followers who turn to God in times of happiness and in time of hardships, who do everything they can in order to please their Creator as did Abraham (peace be upon him).

Abraham was the founder of the Jewish nation and an ancestor of Jesus Christ. Abraham had faith in God and believed that through His Jewish line that a Messiah (Jesus) would come to be the Lamb of God and to redeem those who would believe back to a restored relationship with God the Father. The Torah was followed by faithful Jews and non Jews who believed in the Messiah and same goes for today. You could say that it is what we have been told is Judaism, but it is more of Torah and New Testament put together. But not what Judaism looks like today. And not what chrisitanity has become. There really isnt a name for it. He was what one would call a christian Jew today but not hung up in all of the laws of the religion Judaism, and defintely not hung up in all of the paganism like in the Catholic church.

Christianity began as a sect in Judaism, the apostles were Jews who believed Jesus became the Jewish Messiah. As Gentiles (non Jews) became Christian, Christianty became a distinct faith. Christianity is a conception, a algorithm--faith. utilising Aristotelian 2 fee good judgment is attempting to adhere to the medical technique to conception. God had revealed very little of Himself to humans living in the time of Abraham.
I think the best description of Abraham would be that he was a monotheist.
Subsequent revelations of God to humans led to the development of Judaism, Christianity, and Islam (depending on your opinion).
With love in Christ.

Abraham only listened to God, and believed his words, and obeyed. That was the extent of what he needed, and was available. Not bad! He got results also, God indeed was who he said he was and came through, even in tough situations. He had a relationship, not a religion.

If you go back to the scriptures, Abraham was told several religions would stem from him. If you ask the Muslims, the Jews or the Christians, they all believe they have the truth he had.
