Me and this girl went out once, and what little we had between eachother is fading quick.. what's next for me?

It was my first date, and i'm 20 (i know i know). Anyways, she liked me alot, but i think she was put off by my being boring around people i don't know very well (her included) and my low self-confidence (i always talked myself down with her). B4 i met her i was horribly depressed 2-3 days of the week, and it's only happened once in the month i known her.

Also she is a coworker, but we hardly share the same hours.
