Here's my definition:
Miracle n. 1) something that happened outside the laws of nature; only caused by God. 2) slangish. a term people use to refer to something extraordinary and somewhat inexplainable.
So, going by the 2nd definition, I suppose an atheist could use the term, yes.

the affection of God has miracle-working potential. The religious seeker ought to understand the character of miracles. A miracle isn't a contravention of the guidelines of nature. the variety of concept is self-contradictory, for the guidelines of nature are purely descriptions of the perfect way actuality acts and operates. In an somewhat actual experience, there could be not something supernatural, for organic regulation operates interior the religious worldwide besides as interior the worldwide of physic, chemistry, and biology. yet we ought to understand that above the 4 ranges regarded by using technology, the cloth, the organic and organic, and psychological, and the sociological there's a 5th point of actuality, relatively, the religious. it fairly is the point on which large human potential and know-how function. in this sense, to be relatively inspired and guided by using God is a veritable miracle. To be free of emotional melancholy and discouragement by using the influx of religion and the baptism of God's love and braveness is a miracle.

A Miracle is an event that supposedly occurs but that is impossible to explain via natural causes.
Not only is it impossible now -- It will always be impossible, even as science advances. Otherwise, calling it a miracle only describes our ignorance rather than the event itself.
And for this reason, I do not believe in miracles.

Jules: This was Divine Intervention! You know what "divine intervention" is?
Vincent: Yeah, I think so. That means God came down from Heaven and stopped the bullets.
Jules: Yeah, man, that's what it means. That's exactly what it means! God came down from Heaven and stopped the bullets.
Vincent: I think we should be going now.
Jules: Don't do that! Don't you ******* do that! Don't blow this **** off! What just happened was a ******* miracle!

A miracle is God's hand in something.
Like beautiful days.
rain
rainbows
babies
feeling of LOVE that matches NO OTHER-God's is UNCONDITIONAL--He takes us AS WE ARE !
miracles are:
Like a car missing us after they have passed another car.
Yes, I think God's hand is in things like that.
Not a religious thing--for religious people only.
But a GOD thing--God protecting His children.
He only wants the BEST for us, so He protects like a 'father' .
Get it? Our Father?
He loves YOU so much!
