as long as you use a tear free and perfume and dye free shampoo. there are puppy shampoos or baby shampoo works too. just make sure she is warm and dry right afterwards. now is a good time to get her used to this. play with her feet, nails and ears and mouth. this will make life much easier on your groomer and vet.

Yes. You want to have a groomer show you how to bathe a maltese because as the hair gets longer it is very easy to tangle it badly if you bathe it wrong. Don't bathe more than twice a month and use a tearless shampoo for puppies, to start. Take care to keep water from going down into the pup's ears or into its nose.

Yes 3 months is plenty old enough to give them a bath. Just make sure you keep the puppy warm till they are completely dry!! Also try and use a mild shampoo and make sure you don't get any in their eyes.

Yes. Use a good DOG shampoo (never people products). Be careful
to keep the shampoo out of the dogs eyes and hold his ears closed
so you don't get any water in them. (It can cause infections)

To clean his ears use a cotton ball with a little alcohol or peroxide on it.
Don't push down into ear, just wipe what can be easily touched.

Why didn't you just edit your last question to add this?
Three months is fine to bathe your dogs, my dogs were bathed for the first time around than I think, they bathed them when we first got them which I'm pretty sure was two months or less.

unless they have fleas then you really dont need to bathe them before this point. now is the time when they find mud and such. keep the cleanser gentle on their skin with a moisturizer is always good. it being winter i know that my 3 dogs all get really dry skin about now. and just keep water and such out of their eyes and ears.

Yes, I recommend that you shower at least 2 times a day regardless of how old your dog is....If not you will smell of body funk.
