Almost all antibiotics have the side effect of diarrhea. As for frequent urination, you may have developed a UTI. Call your doctor in the morning.
Here is information about doxycycline:

before you go running off anywhere break out the sheet they gave you with your perscription and read all the side effects. If the problems you are having are listed their then problem solved. if you don't have the sheet anymore( shame on you for throwing it away) then call a pharmacy, they can tell you if you are having normal or unusual side effects. This is not your kidneys, since when they have a problem you stop peeing instead of peeing more. but you are exibiting a few symtoms that are synonimous with diabetes, gastric enteritis, and a few other conditions. since I can come up with a dozen conditions in under 2 minutes that you could have I suggest starting with the scrip side effets, then seeing a doctor. make sure you are not dehydrating, just pinch the skin on the back of your hand, pull it together so as to make a bunch half an inch to an inch high. if it goes back down quickly then you are fine, if it goes down slowly or not completely, then you are dehydrated and need to get to the ER, you don't have time to wait for the doctors office.

Just go back to the doctor that gave you the doxycycline - explain to him what has developed and ask him to fix it...
Diarrhea is a common side effect of this medication. There are better meds for sinus infections - believe me, I have a chronic case and need meds every now and then for when they get infected.

How long have you been on the antibiotic? Have you been taking as prescribed and not missing a dose? Having the runs is a side affect of antibiotic therapy. Peeing alot, im not sure of. Did you not recieve a pamphlet with side effects on it about your doxycycline? You should have, if not, google it and look it up. Otherwise, if your not drinking enough to keep yourself hydrated and continue to pee and have the runs alot, you should to to the ER and get some treatment such as fluids and possibly have them check you out further. Good luck.

You could have diarrhea as a side effect of the antibiotic you're on. You might have gotten a UTI from hygiene practices with the diarrhea.
I would call your doctor's office in the morning, tell them what's going on, and get an appointment for a check up.

Confusing story, but generally if it's the antibiotics that are causing the diarrhea, then stop them immediately. Eating yogurt with live active cultures(read the container to see), can help put the good bacteria back in your stomach, to help stop the runs. Consult your DOCTOR, about getting a different antibiotic, and how long to wait before you start them.
The peeing a lot, I have no idea........ask dr.
Eating oatmeal can help stop the runs also....BUT IF YOU FEEL YOU ARE GETTING DEHYDRATED.........GO TO EMERGENCY ROOM......(and drink gatorade for the electrolytes).....good luck

I'd go to the ER. Peeing alot AND having the runs could mean something's off with your kidneys and digestive tract (they're over-producing waste which means they're under-using resources) just to be on the safe-side. You'll be fine :)

If you have medical insurance, and you're really concerned, go to the ER. (ERs are expensive!) Otherwise, call your doctor as soon as you can.
But of course, I'm not a medical expert--and neither are most of the people on here.
