It may work, but it's against my "-ness" to be fake. I'm real and I tell it like it is.

Well, the "kill the kindness" part does work because if you were to, for example, treat your kids with respect and kindness, they would learn to do the same and it would all pay back nicely in the future. However, if you have children or other adult friends that you know and they are rude, their attitude may not change because of this and they will stay the same personality due to the type of person his/her is/are. Overall, it is a Yes and No answer.

Yes, but you're not killing them literally. I've give you an example from my experience. My bestfriend and I were like sisters. Two years ago she went AWOL from my life for no reason. I tried to call her, write her...nothing. Fast forward to now...she gave me a call out of the blue crying saying sorry for disappearing on me, saying that she was thinking about me and how I was kind to her in our days etc....so yes it does.

Well, if I don't want to deal with their bullshiit then yes I kill them kindness or ignore them-lol. But, if I just can't take it-I blatantly tell them how it is and why! I seriously can't stand to be fake-unless I know, it'll mess with their minds.

There is a scripture which says do good to them that persecute you-the purpose is not to kill the offender, but to appeal to their concience and make them realize the emptiness of their unkindness and perhaps to see their need of changing their ways.....

I don't know if it really works all the time in all situations, but I'd rather be nice to people than fight them and the Bible says Do unto others as you would have them do unto you, so I try.

I prefer to skip the kindness part all together and go straight to the killing.

It annoys people but no being overly nice and giving will allow people to walk all over you. You need a combo of back bone and understanding.

It does, but most people are not prepared to do it. They would rather kill them with nastiness.

To me, it really depends upon the person, and the 'reason' that they continue to harrass You.
If they 'get-a-charge' out of Your getting ANGRY after their taunts, then, NOT giving them what they want, DOES 'work' (after a time), others,...will just keep doing 'it' anyway,.....for whatever reason/s.

Yes, it usually works very well. But you have to be careful not to slip into passive-aggresiveness. Everything has a downside, I guess!
