There are, but they are bloody and painful, and you risk a nasty infection and scar if you decide to try. A regular doctor can often remove a bothersome mole in his/her office quite easily. They will use a local anesthetic to deaden the pain and control the bleeding, and then suture up the wound so it leaves almost no scar behind. The mole then gets checked out for cancerous changes. It's far safer and saner to choose a professional to do the removal than to try do it yourself surgery. If you simply must carve on something, try a piece of wood or a rare steak, but don't go carving on yourself.

It depends what you mean by a mole. It would be best to get it checked out by a doctor first. I did this with a 'mole' like growth on my neck, and he told me I could remove it myself by tying a piece of string around it until it died and fell off. However this was a non-cancerous growth and you should check first. If it is a mole which is potentially dangerous the doctor needs to take a sample to send to the lab to make sure he has removed the whole cancerous area, otherwise it may spread to other parts of the body in time. He may also be able to 'freeze' or 'burn' it off with specialist equipment. I would definitely not recommend removing a mole by yourself, with out first getting it checked by a professional :)

Skin moles happen to be hyper-pigmentation observed on skin. They may be eliminated with surgery treatment, or even better through a variety of do-it-yourself solutions or products.

Surgical treatment is pricey, priced at anywhere from around $100 to $400 and it can easily cause skin damage. Home cures tend to be inexpensive and even may remove bothersome moles inside just a couple days with no scarring.

Home cures may inlcude garlic, cumin seeds, and even fresh pineapple juice applied for a brief period.

What you are doing is very dangerous. You really should get some medical advice. Talk to someone you can trust, have them go with you to the doctor. I am sure the doctor will be only too willing to help you. It would be safer to have the mole removed by a professional, plus there would be less risk of scarring. Good luck

Never remove a mole by yourself. It might be cancerous and only a doctor can tell by it's look and by taking a biopsy of it.
