Along w/ an ichthus (IXOYE) "fish", I have begun to get sleeved with animals from around the globe, which I have already used as a witness to the glory & power of God; My ministry is primarily in the street w/ the drug addicted, abused, homeless & neglected; where you'll find many with ink. Alas I feel lead to use my whole body, Which will be left to return to dust, as a testimony to the Lord, . I am set in my mind & heart as to where I stand, but would like to hear how others may feel, THANX

In the bible, it says something along the lines that you won't defile your body by slashing at it OR putting ink on it. He obviously didn't use those words, but that's about what he said.

I try to look beyond the exterior of a person and from what I just read here, you sound like an incredible person with a heart of gold. I'd imagine the tatoos help some identify with you and are beneficial. I've heard the Christian remarks about marking your body and while I would never get a tatoo myself I certainly don't judge others for them. Peace and blessing :-)

They say to guard your body as a temple. I don't see anything wrong with tattoos on a person. You see churches with stained glass and other forms of art , why not decorate the temple that is yours and yours alone.

There isn't anything wrong with getting inked. Religious belief shouldn't have anything to do with this either. You want a tattoo? Get it.

I'm a Christian and I'm covered in tattoos. I feel the tattoos have no bearing on my soul.

I personally don't care for tattoos...but it's not what I think, if you are using it for God's glory go for it.
