If your dentist thinks that it could get worse, then you will need to remove the decay and have a filling placed. That's the best and probably cheapest option for you right now. You could go into things like veneers, but try the fillings first. Veneers take off basically half of the enamel off your teeth and then stick a porcelain thing over it. You may want to consider that but it depends on your age, if you're quite young then definitely wait a while. The best news you'll probably hear is that you will NOT need to have the teeth removed, I'm 99% sure about that. People normally only have teeth removed if it's so decayed that the dentist can't fill it or if there's an infection. You don't have anything to worry about.

No, no, no...If you are an adult, the level of calcium in your teeth has already been established and it is not going to change even if you increase your calcium intake. It will help your bones, but not your teeth. You must have some issues with diet...perhaps you drink alot of soda or eat candy before bed and you are not brushing enough to stop the problem. I would start with regular flossing and brushing as well as a fluoride rinse. See your dentist regualry and have Fluoride treaments after yoru reguslar cleanings. This is a general answer because without a full history, I am guessing. This issue may also exsist due to illness or some other localized factor that you're not mentioning.

I grind my teeth in my sleep, always have, but i don't know when i do or don't do it. Grinding your teeth in your sleep not only weakens them, but can chip them and such leaving them open for cavities. Your dentist can do a full face x-ray and look at your jaw to see if there are signs of wear like we grinders have. If so, they can talk you through what to do, if not, you may simply have weak teeth.

I read somewhere that whenever you eat food, the bacteria forms acid or something that dissolves your teeth, so it's best to at least rinse out your mouth after every meal.
